Yes. We reduce rates for stays of 14 nights or more, and we offer special monthly pricing for 30+ day stays.

Yes. The room rate includes utilities (water, electricity, heating) and high-speed Wi-Fi, keeping your costs predictable during longer stays.
Is a security deposit required for long-term stays?
